Where we ship from

All consumables ship from our New York stock. Capital equipment ships by freight from our New York warehouse or, for some items, directly from the manufacturer’s U.S. distribution point; the product page states which.

Processing time

• In-stock consumables: orders placed before 2 pm ET, Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Later orders ship the next business day.
• Capital equipment: 3–10 business days to crate and dispatch; we email a freight quote and delivery window before charging freight.
• Backordered items are flagged on the product page and at checkout; we email an ETA within 1 business day and you may cancel at no cost before dispatch.

Carriers and transit

• Consumables: UPS or FedEx Ground (1–5 business days in the continental U.S.). Expedited 2-Day and Overnight available at checkout.
• Equipment: LTL freight, curbside delivery by default. Liftgate, inside delivery and appointment scheduling are available — select them at checkout or ask for a quote.
• Tracking is emailed when the label prints.

Rates

• Continental U.S. consumables: calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Free ground shipping on consumable orders over $500.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: calculated at checkout; freight items quoted.
• International: we ship to Canada and, by quote, to other countries. The buyer is the importer of record and pays all duties, taxes and brokerage. Medical devices may require import licensing in your jurisdiction — verify before ordering.

Receiving equipment

Inspect the crate before signing. Note any damage on the driver’s delivery receipt and photograph it; report to us within 48 hours. Signing “clear” limits our ability to claim against the carrier.

Temperature and storage

Sterile devices ship at ambient temperature and should be stored as labeled (typically 10–30 °C, dry, out of direct sunlight). Nothing we sell requires cold chain.

Address changes and cancellations

Email info@novavasc.com immediately; we can change or cancel until the label prints. After dispatch, carrier re-routing fees are passed through at cost.

Purchase orders and net terms

Approved facilities may order on PO with net-30 terms. Email your PO and W-9/tax-exempt certificate to info@novavasc.com; first orders ship on card or ACH while terms are set up.
