1. Agreement

By placing an order on novavasc.com you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you order on behalf of a facility, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Professional use and eligibility

Products in the Catheters, Guidewires, Introducer Sets, Balloons, Pressure Bandages and Special Devices collections are intended for use by, or under the direction of, licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with their labeling and instructions for use. By ordering them you confirm that you are such a professional or a facility purchasing agent, and that the products will be used within the scope of applicable licensure. We may request license or facility verification before shipping and may cancel orders we cannot verify.

Items in the Wellness & Facility and Lab Equipment collections are sold as general equipment. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

3. Regulatory status

Regulatory status is stated on each product page. The NovaSeal™ introducer sheath is FDA 510(k) cleared under K251838 and is sold through getnovaseal.com. For every other product the regulatory status is stated on its product page; we make no claim beyond what the page states. Hydrogen inhalation and similar wellness equipment is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch and will offer you a full refund if you decline the corrected price.
An order is accepted when we ship it; a confirmation email is not acceptance.
We accept major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, ACH and approved purchase orders (net-30 for verified facilities). Late invoices accrue 1.5% per month.
Volume and contract pricing is by written quote and supersedes web pricing for the quoted quantities and dates only.

5. Shipping, title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier (FOB origin), except that we will pursue carrier claims on your behalf for damage reported per our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and warranty

Governed by our Refund & Return Policy. EXCEPT AS STATED THERE, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ONLY, AND NOVA VASCULAR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVA VASCULAR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROCEDURE REVENUE. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law.

8. Product complaints and recalls

If a product malfunctions or contributes to an adverse event, stop using it, retain the product and packaging, and notify us at info@novavasc.com within 24 hours so we can file the manufacturer complaint and any required MedWatch report. We will contact you at the order email in the event of a recall or field correction; keep that address current.

9. Intellectual property

Nova Vascular, NovaSeal and the ring-N mark are trademarks of Nova Vascular. Site content, images and copy may not be reproduced without written permission. Product names of third-party manufacturers are their property.

10. Accounts and conduct

Keep your login confidential. You may not scrape the site, resell products in violation of manufacturer restrictions, or misrepresent your licensure.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts in New York County, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by direct discussion for 30 days.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
