MultiStage Balloon Dilatation Catheter — Wire-guided

One balloon, three working diameters. Each MultiStage balloon steps through three labeled diameters at three labeled pressures, so a single device covers the range you would otherwise stock as three separate balloons. Fewer SKUs on the shelf, fewer exchanges during the case.

How it works: inflate to the first pressure and the balloon holds its first diameter. Increase to the second and third pressures for the next two diameters. Rounded shoulders and a radiopaque profile keep the balloon visible under fluoroscopy. Dual-lumen construction gives fast inflation and deflation.

Short strictures need a short balloon. The 30 mm length holds the waist on anastomotic, pyloric and short peptic strictures without dilating healthy wall on either side.

Wire-guided version: tracks over a guidewire for controlled positioning across the stricture (see IFU for guidewire compatibility).

Sizes: diameters from 6-7-8 mm to 18-19-20 mm, balloon lengths 30 mm and 55 mm, working lengths 80, 170 and 230 cm (alimentary) and 90 and 180 cm (pulmonary). Stocked configurations ship from New York; others ship in 2–3 weeks.
